1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://vindhyatech.in, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VindhyaTech's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Service Delivery

VindhyaTech provides custom software, website development, and AI solutions. Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in the individual service agreements signed between VindhyaTech and the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code and intellectual property developed by VindhyaTech remains the property of VindhyaTech until full payment is received, at which point the license is transferred to the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VindhyaTech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VindhyaTech's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
